Our classes are closed for the Christmas period, they will start back Monday 7th January. Note Underwood class will re start Thursday 3.1.13!!!! Best wishes for 2013!

The Thursday Bingham class is closed due to voting 15th November. Underwood class moves to Jacksdale, The Dale Club 15th only Check with your instructors if you class is closed / moving due to voting

after holiday closure all the Lincoln classes are back to their usual glorious times from 5th November. New class starts this week, Pilates 9.30am yes am! At The Venue, Navenby.

The up to date total for Fit to Fight Breast Cancer is …… ta dah! £905.00!!! Brilliant!

A great day yesterday, I had a fab time… 25 years!!! Where did that go? Well you lot are brilliant, yesterday you raised £794.00!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!! photos to follow so watch this space…………….
