Congratulation to all the Shape-Fitness folk.. This year we have raised over £1800.00 for our charities. £500.00 for Race for Life; £550.00 Tree Tops Hospice; £351.00 for Non Hodgkin`s Lymphoma and £473.00 for Kingsmill Breast Unit!!! Well Done.

Well Done to Margaret and her Pilates classes
Saturday and Wednesday morning Pilates classes at WI and Spondon Village Hall have presented Treetops Hospice with an amazing £300.00! Those coffee breaks after class go along way to raising money for good causes. Well Done!
