Saturday 10th May sees our charity workout for Parkinsons, come along and join us from 10.00am

Apologies, there will be no Pilates class at Long Eaton school this Thursday  8th May 2014. All other classes on as usual.

Dawn is celebrating this week… 25years of taking classes in Derby. Congratulations! All her classes this week are £5.00. £1.70 of which will go to CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development). Join Dawn in this celebration week…….
